Follow these tips and suggestions for years of trouble free profits.

** Air must flow unrestricted through the inside of the cabinet to cool the compressor and chill your products. 

** Clean your air intake/air filter screen once a month and never, ever push the machine flat against the wall.

** You are voiding your warranty if your machine cannot breathe!!

Once a year have your machine examined and cleaned internally.  The electronics and motors should removed and the cabinet thoroughly washed out with warm soapy high pressure water.( yes even machines need a bath once a year!)

The machine on the left had two worn shafts which causes the seal to fail, which then caused major leaking.  But before the machine failed completely, the leaking product sprayed around the interior and coated the fan blade.  This changed the RPM as it was now heavier and consequently the machine lost its cooling/freezing. 

Before you buy a compressor...read this!!!!

There are "protective engineering" concepts built into your machine to avoid costly burn out of motors and compressors.  There are many, many factors which can cause the machine to NOT make Ice.... which have absolutley nothing to do with refrigeration and compressors.  Save your money and get educated.    Speak to your service company ( hopefully it's us!) about a Rehab/Refurb program.  If your car needs sparkplugs....you don't put in a new engine.  There are things you must do on a regular basis and then there are others which should be done by a qualified repair person.  The above principles apply to all makes and models of machines
